No cancellation fee will be charged if appointment is canceled 3 days in advance. First cancellation within 3 day notice, there will not be a cancellation fee charged. Second cancellation within 3 day notice, 50% of scheduled service fee will be charged. This will need to be paid before rescheduling is allowed. Third cancellation within 3 day notice, 100% of scheduled service fee will be charged. This will need to be paid before rescheduling is allowed. Fourth cancellation within 3 day notice, 100% of scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file. You will then be banned from booking online.
